What Grit Do You Use?
We shoot a variety of grits depending on the job and the customers preference.
Grits we usually have in stock include
Crushed Glass
Plastic
Walnut Shell
Soda
Does Media Blasting Warp Metal?
Yes it can. Inexperienced blasters can easily warp metal by using the wrong grit and or too much pressure.
How much does Media Blasting Cost?
The cost can vary a lot. The variables include:
Type of media
Type of finish being removed
Is it just surface rust or deep rust?
Clean white metal?
Just a dust off so new paint will adhere
Can Your Booth Handle Large Vehicles?
Yes. Our blasting booth is 16X16X28ft long. The doors are 12ft wide and 14ft high
Do I really need an appointment?
Yes. Because we are a mobile blaster we spend a lot of time off site.
My job is really small. Will you blast it?
Yes we will. We do have a minimum charge of $20
